Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Aide. As a Home Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, physical comfort, and nutritional needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure client needs are met.
  • Utilize techniques of positioning, body mechanics, and body alignment to promote client comfort and safety.
  • Ensure client rights, including confidentiality of care, are respected.
  • Conduct services in a caring, professional, and ethical manner at all times.
  • Assist with performance of procedures to ensure client physical well-being and comfort.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work weekend requirements and variable shifts as needed.
  • Dependability and ability to report to assignments on time.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with office staff.
  • Positive, respectful, and professional attitude.
