Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Care and Help Home Care. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide one-on-one assistance to clients in the comfort of their own homes, delivering exceptional in-home and companion experiences that fulfill the personalized care plan of each client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Provide companionship and friendship to seniors and loved ones, promoting a sense of community and social connection.
  • Assist with medication reminders and document care provided using electronic visit verification (EVV) system.
  • Support clients with mobility, incontinence care, and other services as needed.
Requirements
  • Personal Care Attendant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Direct Care Worker (DCW) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training or certification(s).
  • Open availability strongly preferred.
  • Submit to Criminal Background Check.
