- Provide physical comfort and nutritional support to clients, including assistance with meal preparation and feeding.
- Conduct household activities, such as light housekeeping and laundry, to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Utilize techniques of positioning, body mechanics, and body alignment to promote client comfort and safety.
- Understand and implement principles related to skin integrity and infection control to prevent complications.
- Ensure client confidentiality and respect their rights at all times.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies and provide care in a crisis situation.
- Collaborate with office schedulers and coordinators to plan client services and schedule home visits.
- Submit accurate and timely documentation for billing and payroll purposes.
- Work independently, prioritizing schedules and tasks with minimal supervision.
- Be available to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional attitude at all times.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Perform all tasks according to policies regarding infection control and universal precautions.

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required.
