About the Job

The Corporate Controller is a key member of the Financial Reporting Department at SolutionHealth, responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant completion of monthly financial reporting. This role also involves implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of financial results, and safeguard System assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, analyze, and interpret financial and statistical data to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the general accounting function, including intercompany accounting, cash management, financial reporting, balance sheet management, fixed assets, payroll, and accounts payable.
  • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems, including upgrades, to ensure compliance with accounting requirements.
  • Implement and oversee month-end financial preparation and close, ensuring timely delivery of financials and reporting packages.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of health system financial programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Minimum 10 years of management/supervisory experience in an accounting environment.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to utilize various software.
