Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly motivated mid-level corporate associate to join our thriving collegial corporate department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and securities law compliance.

• Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, including asset and stock transactions, due diligence, and related negotiations
• Debt and equity financings, including venture capital, convertible debt, and bank financings
• Securities law compliance, including private offerings
• Commercial law and contracting

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) licensed to practice in MA and/or NH
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience as part of a sophisticated corporate practice
• Strong understanding of basic legal concepts relating to corporate transactions, entity formation, venture capital financing, private offerings, and related state and federal securities laws
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships
