Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow the Mid-Missouri Market: Develop targeted strategies to expand our existing markets, leveraging data insights to identify key opportunities for growth.
  • Drive Business Growth: Generate new leads, nurture relationships, and close sales to expand our client base.
  • Be the Face of All N One: Represent us at trade shows, community events, and association gatherings to build relationships and enhance our public image.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Proactively maintain leads, follow-ups, quotes, and sold bids in our sales tracking system.
  • Lead Campaigns: Organize and facilitate area blitz campaigns, including some evening or weekend work to maximize outreach.
  • Resolve Potential Issues: Investigate customer complaints, develop solutions, and make recommendations to management and staff.
  • Stay Ahead of the Competition: Gather and analyze marketplace information on pricing, products, and merchandising techniques.
  • Make Strategic Recommendations: Review and analyze data to provide informed recommendations for setting sales goals and focus areas for the upcoming year.
  • Be an Expert: Gain comprehensive knowledge of all our services to provide our clients with the best solutions.
  • Collaborate: Work independently and in a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in landscaping, construction, or property maintenance.
  • Outgoing and proactive, with a passion for driving sales and building relationships.
  • Excellent territory management, prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative team player who works well with others to achieve team goals.
  • A personalized approach to each client, understanding their unique needs and tailoring your pitch accordingly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen communication abilities.
  • Highly motivated and driven to boost sales leads in the target area (Mid-Missouri).
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
  • Based in Mid-Missouri and familiar with the Jefferson City and Columbia areas.
  • Can commute to our headquarters in Jefferson City, MO, periodically.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
