We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Corporate Development to lead our financial modeling and integration efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building financial models to assess M&A opportunities and external investments, as well as developing scenarios and sensitivities to underscore key risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build financial models to assess M&A opportunities and external investments.
  • Develop scenarios and sensitivities to underscore key risks and opportunities.
  • Quantify after-tax financial returns and discounted cash flows.
  • Partner with Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO) to support integration.
  • Present financial analyses to key leadership, including the Board of Directors and Midco's Executive Leadership Team.
  • Build relationships with prospective M&A targets and refine Midco's M&A priority list.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience required.
  • Master's degree or other post-secondary degree preferred.
  • Previous roles in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Finance or Corporate Strategy preferred.
  • Experience with discounted cash flow modeling required.
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive to identify and solve problems.
  • Strong communications skills - you will be in front of executives regularly.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
  • Employee may be required to travel if necessary.
  • Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.
