Job Description

Our company, Allied Residential, is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Community Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in all day-to-day operations, including leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $26-$28 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Our benefits package includes 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year, tuition assistance for industry-related classes and certifications, excellent medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, and retirement options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all business in accordance with Allied Residential policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and prospective residents
  • Assist with lease renewals, rent collection, and move-out statements
  • Maintain highly organized filing systems for leases, residents, and vendor information
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Available to work weekends
  • Knowledge of Yardi software preferred
  • Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • A valid driver's license
