We are currently seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team in Renton, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will have the chance to grow your career and make a meaningful impact.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of property management principles, and experience with Yardi software. A valid driver's license is also required.

Our benefits package includes a competitive salary of $26-$28 per hour, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year. We also offer options for tuition assistance and a retirement plan with company matching up to 1%.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Community Manager in all day-to-day operations, including leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process correspondence for residents, contractors, and other third parties for property management staff
  • Support overall office operational needs by answering phones, filing, ordering supplies...etc.
