The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a dynamic and highly qualified healthcare professional tasked with delivering comprehensive medical and surgical care to adult patients across various departments within the health system.

This role demands flexibility, expertise, and a strong dedication to providing optimal care for patients experiencing diverse medical and surgical challenges.

As a member of our float pool, you will be integral in ensuring that patients receive superior care throughout their hospital experience.

Who Should Consider This Role:
- An Associate degree in Nursing is required
- An active Maryland or Compact RN license is mandatory
- BLS CPR certification is essential
- Candidates with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program may be considered if enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within one year of hire and complete the degree within five years of hire
