Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Innovation Manager to lead our content marketing efforts and develop strategies to engage consumers across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies to engage consumers across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with drive markets to validate creative briefs and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver high-quality content and assets on time and on budget
  • Work closely with R&I, claims, and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in campaign management, content creation, or a similar role
  • Deep understanding of content marketing principles and best practices for different platforms (blogs, social media, email, etc.)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills across various formats (articles, website copy, social media posts, emails, video scripts)
  • Ability to plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across multiple channels
About the Salary and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $117,400 - $167,300
