Role Summary:
Strive 360 LLC is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the multifamily sector, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor the on-site team to foster a productive work environment.
- Serve as the primary liaison for tenants and staff, ensuring effective communication.
- Manage resident retention strategies, leasing initiatives, and lease renewals to optimize occupancy rates.
- Oversee contractors and service providers involved in property projects.
- Monitor the financial health of the property, including rents, occupancy levels, and expenditures.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections to uphold property standards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle leasing documentation and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive records of property operations and tenant interactions.
- Ensure timely completion of all service requests.
- Analyze monthly performance metrics and budget forecasts.
- Develop annual asset business plans and budget projections.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in on-site property management.
- Strong knowledge of leasing processes and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies and budgeting techniques.
