About the Role

The Ideal Candidate
We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate professional with a passion for post-acute healthcare. As a Nurse Practitioner/APRN/Physician Assistant, you'll possess excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. A strong understanding of SNF operations and experience working with geriatric populations is preferred.

Benefits and Compensation
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $132,000 annually, based on location and experience.
