About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at the Cleveland Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical disabilities or impairments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to help patients achieve maximum recovery and independence.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to address specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Salary:

$90,000 - $115,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or certificate in Physical Therapy.
  • Current State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
