Production Worker / Packaging Operator
Compensation: $15-17 based on experience

Key Responsibilities of the Production Worker / Packaging Operator:
- Assist in the operation of machinery across various production sectors.
- Adhere to established safety protocols while maintaining productivity.
- Handle and wrap finished products efficiently.
- Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for at least 7 hours daily.
- Report any moisture or material issues to the Shift Lead.
- Keep your workstation organized and clean.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- Previous experience with industrial machinery is advantageous.
- Forklift and production line experience is preferred.
- Good coordination of eye, hand, and foot is essential.
- Must successfully complete the company’s forklift training.
- Ability to read and interpret scales is required.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are necessary for adjusting baler weights and timing, along with handling basic maintenance tasks.
- Basic math skills are required for calculations.
