Position Overview: Product Manager, eCommerce Initiatives

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote; potential for fully onsite)

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRODUCT MANAGER:

  • Drive eCommerce initiatives focusing on inventory and supply chain management, as well as order management, fulfillment, and logistics (both forward and return).
  • Innovate and automate processes to enhance customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design solutions, finalize estimates, and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Write detailed product specifications and partner with UX designers to create mockups.
  • Work with architects to simplify product features for technical design.
  • Prioritize tasks based on the roadmap and backlog.
  • Finalize plans, estimates, and schedules with engineering and QA teams.
  • Collaborate with development and quality assurance engineers to build and deliver features.
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal teams on new product launches.
  • Communicate updates, issues, and risks to stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate launched products, integrating feedback into the development process.
  • Internalize and understand the mission and objectives of the eCommerce team to distill vision and strategy.
  • Inspire cross-functional team members by promoting a shared vision and excitement for projects.
  • Utilize data-driven insights—such as competitive intelligence and customer behavior—to inform product direction and solicit critical feedback.
  • Drive innovation and define deliverables through product roadmaps and design of new products and features aligned with team and company goals.
  • Set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals with cross-functional teams.
  • Define and execute product go-to-market plans, including phasing and training.
  • Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to both internal and external stakeholders.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR PRODUCT MANAGER:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; a degree in computer science or engineering, along with hands-on software engineering experience, is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years delivering successful and innovative consumer internet products, showcasing personal contributions you are proud of.
  • Prior experience in the consumer electronics eCommerce space, particularly in inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional design instincts and product sensibility.
