Position Overview

A Medical Director is essential for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality patient care. This position encompasses both administrative and clinical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate patient needs and provide guidance to the clinical team while overseeing updates to treatment protocols.
  2. Facilitate and manage medical staff meetings in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer, aligning with the organization's mission and values.
  3. Engage in the recruitment and onboarding of new medical personnel, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and standards of care.
  4. Allocate 25% of time to clinical duties and 75% to administrative tasks.
