AMBULATORY NURSING EDUCATION SPECIALIST

Job Overview:
As a key member of the LifeBridge Health team, the Ambulatory Nursing Education Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the professional growth of our clinical staff. Under the guidance of the Director of Ambulatory Clinical Practice, this position focuses on delivering comprehensive educational programs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide orientation and ongoing education to clinical personnel, ensuring they meet competency standards.
2. Assess the educational needs of staff regularly and develop tailored training programs.
3. Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to effectively engage adult learners and promote knowledge retention.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives and adjust programs based on feedback and outcomes.

Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in nursing education or clinical practice.
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR certification from the American Heart Association are preferred.
