Role Summary:

The SharePoint and Power Automate Specialist will be responsible for the administration and enhancement of SharePoint Online environments, focusing on optimizing business processes through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of SharePoint Online site collections, including the creation and configuration of sites, permissions, and custom features.
  • Design and implement solutions utilizing Power Apps to streamline workflows and improve user efficiency.
  • Provide architectural guidance and support for Microsoft 365 applications to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to gather and analyze requirements, transforming them into effective and user-friendly applications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, alongside ongoing support and maintenance.
Required Experience:
  • 4 years of experience in developing and administering SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
  • 4 years of expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Active Directory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • 3 years of experience in generating reports using Power BI.
  • 2 years of experience in designing and implementing Power Automate workflows.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • 2 years of experience in administering and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience of 7 years.
  • 1 year of knowledge in user-centered design practices.
  • 1 year of experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • 1 year of Microsoft Power Platform Certification is preferred.
