Job Description

At AHU Technologies Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint and Power Automate SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience developing and administering SharePoint and Power Platform environments, with a strong ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical staff or customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer SharePoint Online site collections, including site creation, management, permissions configuration, and customization.
  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps to automate business processes and enhance user productivity.
  • Provide architecture designs, configurations, administration, and functional support to expand agency capabilities and streamline operations using Microsoft 365.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and user-friendly applications.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables and provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in developing and administering SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform, including Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure AD.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies, technical and business concepts to multiple audiences.
  • Experience in administration and development of reports on Power BI.
  • Experience designing and implementing Power Automate flows.
  • A high attention to detail, self-starter, results-driven, and ability to follow through on details is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design practices.
  • Experience with the Agile development process.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification.
