Key Responsibilities- Lead the introduction of new products into the facility, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruptions to production.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability, leveraging your expertise in lean manufacturing techniques and process optimization.
- Provide timely product and process support to diagnose problems and implement solutions, minimizing interruptions to production.
- Lead significant product, process, or corporate change initiatives, driving innovation and improvement throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new processes, equipment, and technologies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain advanced research to introduce/integrate new processes, equipment, and technologies, driving business growth and improvement.
- Strong analysis skills, including process, capacity, cost/benefit, waste stream, and quality tools.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, including flow, PQ, equipment reliability, and set up reduction.
- Experience in design, specification, purchase, and installation of new equipment.
- Project management and leadership ability, with a proven track record of driving results and improving processes.
- Computer skills, including advanced level proficiency in Excel and Access programs.
