Quality Assurance Specialist

Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Industry, is seeking a talented Quality Assurance Specialist to fill this contract position. This 06+ Months Contract opportunity is located in Marion, NC and offers long-term potential.
The estimated salary for this role is $21/hour with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sampling to support the Environmental Monitoring Program.
- Use laboratory instrumentation and computer systems to collect and record data.
- Perform advanced assays requiring precise analytical skills and understanding of microbiological principles.
- Complete all testing, including special project / protocol testing in a timely manner following local procedures and cGMP regulations.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Follow Good Documentation Practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and in a timely fashion.
- Computer literate.
- Detail oriented, conscientious, and high reading comprehension skills.
- Basic understanding of laboratory instrumentation.
- Effective communication with supervisors and peers.
