Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Assurance Associate to join our team in Marion, NC. As a key member of our client's quality assurance team, you will be responsible for investigating deviations and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate deviations and identify root causes.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of deviations.
  • Document all findings and recommendations in detailed reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering; advanced degree in the life sciences, physical sciences, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations and/or Quality, or related field in the medical products industry.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Salary Information

This role offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
