Job Overview

eTeam is hiring a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Deviation Analyst to drive results-oriented investigations and minimize business disruptions.

As a member of our Quality team, you'll leverage your expertise to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead deviation investigations and analyze data to determine root cause.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and ensure compliance.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and regulators.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
