Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Marion, NC. This is an 6-8 week assignment with the possibility of extension or conversion. As a Quality Lab Associate III, you will lead the investigation of deviations that occur in operations and author the investigation summary report.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine scope, product impact, root cause, and corrective actions for deviations from manufacturing procedures.
  • Conduct personnel interviews to determine the root cause of the deviation.
  • Foster collaborative relationships focused on high-quality investigations, meaningful corrective actions, and the reduction of deviation generation rate.
  • Set up and run meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Close deviations in a timely manner to meet business and compliance needs.
