Job Title: Wireless Infrastructure Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Wireless Infrastructure Technician to join our team at NextEdge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless infrastructure.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will have a strong understanding of wireless systems and technologies, as well as experience with equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair wireless infrastructure, including towers, antennas, and transmission lines.
  • Conduct site surveys and assesses technical requirements for new installations.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wireless infrastructure installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in challenging environmental conditions.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
