About the Role

We are looking for a Critical Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team. As a Critical Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of our data center facilities by providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.

You will maintain and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems, including chillers, pumping, building controls, UPS, generators, and electrical distribution systems. Your primary goal will be to prevent downtime and minimize the risk of system failure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data center infrastructure management or a related field. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a 24/7 operations environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains and troubleshoots complex electrical and mechanical systems
  • Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Ensures the reliable operation of data center facilities
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
  • Stays up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data center infrastructure management
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in data center infrastructure management or a related field
  • Strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 operations environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
