As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Outpatient Services department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide individualized care to our patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) or physician.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or RN.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Current state LPN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
