Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and open communication.
- Current state LPN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of a course within 30 days of hire.
- LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of a course within 3 months of hire.
