Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in property management software, including Yardi and other relevant databases and software.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of fair housing laws, state landlord-tenant laws, and other property management rules and regulations.
