A little about this position:

  • Oversees the daily operation of Main, Canyon, or Eagle Lodge ticket operations. Includes Guest Services, Group Reservations, IKON fulfilment, frequency lift products, Sports School Sales, Activity Sales, Daily Reconciliation and Balancing, guest relations matters and management of the team.
  • Has influence in all ticket area locations with respect to implementation of training plan, ticket sales systems, policies and procedures, Mammoth Way implementation for the business unit.
  • Partners with Marketing and IT on development and implementation of new products offered throughout the season.
  • Works collectively with Ticketing Division team members and other departments to ensure a great overall guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Applicants should possess a high aptitude for Managing a fast-paced ticketing operation, while adhering to Guest Experience Standards, Staff Management Guidelines and Budgetary responsibilities.
  • Applicants should be confident in working with Guest's to resolve difficult sales and service situations while functioning as a representative of Mammoth Mountain Leadership Team.
  • Applicants must possess excellent communication skills, have strong knowledge of the Siriusware Sales POS system preferred.
  • One year of full-time experience with MMSA ticket sales systems and procedures.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two years of college education preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of company internal procedures, software, scheduling, and training systems, and a proven track record with the organization.
  • Individual must work at multiple venues throughout season.

Pay: $75,601.32 - $80,213.49 per year
