Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

SGI Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team.

### Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to assist in the development and implementation of data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

### Responsibilities

* Assist in the development and implementation of data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
* Manage and improve existing reporting systems and perform complex analyses.
* Conduct and facilitate analyses, issues identification, risk assessment, and decision-making processes.
* Develop and implement best practices in data collection methodologies and analyses.
* Provide consulting and analytic services to leadership.
* Provide technical support and mentoring and training to less-senior analysts.
* Define data assets (data models) for collection and population of such data models.
* Lead strategy-driven research planning, management, implementation, and analysis efforts.
* Lead collaborative and relationship-building efforts across relevant internal and external stakeholders to support successful evaluation and assessment efforts.

### Requirements

* Working knowledge of federal grant-making policies, procedures, and administration.
* Detail-oriented and logical thinking.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
* Ability to keep up with new business and technical concepts.
* Strong team leadership and risk management ability.

### Qualifications

* Seven (7) years of professional experience planning, conducting, and participating in the facets of performance requirements.
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

### Substitution Criteria

* 10 years of relevant experience with planning, conducting, and participating in the experiences described above and in the performance requirements.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
