Job Description

Alethea LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust methodologies to support Alethea products. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to automate methodologies and ensure product consistency across managed service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement consistent analysis playbooks to support Alethea products.
  • Teach and mentor analysts how to conduct analysis and provide coaching on analytic quality.
  • Support methodologies and work directly with customers to define requirements and build analytic playbooks for the team to execute on and implement.
  • Continuously assess technology trends, adversary activity, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in intelligence analysis or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role focused on Analysis. USG and private sector analysis experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop methodologies and lead teams to execute to drive quality analytic output.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

Alethea LLC offers a hybrid work environment, with 3 days per week required in office in Washington, D.C or New York.

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $200,000 depending on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to cash compensation, this role is eligible for a stock option grant. Further, we offer comprehensive benefits, including flexible PTO, health, dental and vision plans, and generous company holidays.
