Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly qualified and enthusiastic HVAC Project Manager to become part of our vibrant team.

This is a permanent role within the construction sector, where you will manage all facets of HVAC projects from initial concept through to final execution.

You will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and our clients, ensuring that all projects are completed punctually, within budget, and uphold the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of HVAC projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including technical specifications and electrical schematics.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects, adhering to scope and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders involved.
  • Conduct risk management to mitigate project risks.
  • Create and maintain thorough project documentation.
  • Utilize strategic planning to align all projects with the company's overarching business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC field.
  • Strong technical background with practical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and electrical schematics.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage large and diverse teams.
  • Exceptional strategic planning skills to align projects with business goals.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
