Job Summary:

The Program Evaluator will play a crucial role in helping to measure the effectiveness of a program by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data. This individual will work closely with a team to develop strategies for gathering data, ensure accurate data collection, and train others on how to properly evaluate the program's performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data collection strategies to gather relevant information
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Report findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for program enhancements
  • Train team members on data analysis and evaluation techniques
