Responsibilities and Duties

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with community leaders and organizations to promote health education and outreach.">
  • Tracking patient metrics and providing regular reports to support funding and grant requirements.">

Benefits and Compensation

The salary range for this position is approximately $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
