Look no further than BASF's Environmental Engineering Professional Development Program. This 24-month program is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience you need to succeed in the field of environmental engineering.

Program Highlights
  • Rotational Assignments: Participate in three, eight-month rotations in various technical areas, including manufacturing/operations, corporate engineering, ecology and safety, maintenance, and research and development (R&D).
  • Mobile Opportunities: Be prepared to relocate to various US locations, including Michigan, North Carolina, Texas, and Louisiana.
  • Leadership Development: Engage with leadership, technical, and scientific aspects of plant engineering, while working in areas of safety and environment to uphold our high standards.
  • Career Advancement: Upon completion of the program, you may be offered direct placement within the organization in a variety of disciplines in engineering and production.

Requirements

To be eligible for this program, you must:

  • Be a current university student receiving a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering between May 2024 and July 2025.
  • Demonstrate academic achievement with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without restrictions or future sponsorship.
  • Be willing to relocate to various US locations during and upon completion of the program.
  • Demonstrate leadership experience and academic achievement.
  • Participate in extra-curricular activities and on-campus organizations.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Have outstanding work ethic and leadership potential.
