Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst role will deliver strategic analytical support for Corporate Agency.

The analyst will be tasked with providing insights to inform strategy, monitor execution, and drive optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications
A bachelor's or advanced degree in an analytics-oriented field is preferred (e.g., Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics). Professional experience in analytics and familiarity with Agency operations is highly desired.

Candidates should possess strong SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex data sets, translating findings into actionable business narratives.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to develop presentations that effectively convey insights to various leadership levels.

A competitive candidate will adapt their delivery to align their work with strategic objectives and business outcomes relevant to the audience.

Strategic thinking with a customer-focused and creative mindset is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate learning agility and a growth mindset that fosters a strong team culture and a pursuit of deeper analytics.
