Job Title: Lead LV Fiber Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead LV Fiber Technician to join our team at Synergis. As a Lead LV Fiber Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing low-voltage fiber optic networks and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain low-voltage fiber optic networks and systems
  • Repair and troubleshoot fiber optic cables and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in low-voltage fiber optic installation and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of fiber optic networking concepts and protocols
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with audio-visual equipment and systems
  • Knowledge of IP subnetting and the OSI model
  • Experience with fiber optic testing and troubleshooting

At Synergis, we offer a competitive salary range of $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and location. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k, and commuter benefits.
