As a Maintenance Technician with RAM Partners, LLC, you will play a critical role in maintaining the physical integrity of our properties. Your experience and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the highest level of service for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Perform make readies and maintain property grounds and common areas
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
  • Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
  • Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
  • Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's license required
  • EPA HVAC and CPO certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
