About the Role:
UniFirst First Aid + Safety is in search of a dedicated and diligent Field Sales Manager to enhance our customer relationships. In this role, you will oversee and nurture connections with clients, ensuring their needs are met with our comprehensive range of products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and consistent service to clients within your designated area.
- Manage 10-15 client visits daily using a company vehicle.
- Tailor product offerings to meet client needs, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to optimize daily sales and minimize travel time.
- Maintain an inventory of promotional materials and business resources.
- Ensure compliance with company objectives regarding call averages and paperwork submission.
- Keep all records, including work orders and maintenance reports, up to date.
- Stay informed about pricing changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle to uphold a professional image.
- Monitor your territory and report any issues to management.
- Actively seek new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry trends.
- Enhance your knowledge of First Aid + Safety products and share insights with team members during meetings.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid non-commercial driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs.
