Leasing Consultant Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at Palms Associates, LLC in Durham, NC.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities- Touring Models and Providing Solutions: As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for touring apartment models and providing solutions for potential residents.
- Building Relationships: You will build strong relationships with prospective residents, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Administrative Tasks: You will perform daily administrative tasks, such as responding to emails, accepting applications, and updating apartment availability reports.
- Sales or Customer Service Experience: Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong Computer Skills: Strong computer skills are required for this role.
- Availability: You must be available to work rotating weekends.
- Competitive Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
