About the Role

An experienced and motivated Residential Leasing Specialist is needed to join our team at The Flats @55 Twelve in Durham, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with prospective tenants to determine lease terms, collect security deposits, and coordinate with current tenants for lease changes.
  • Show models and vacant apartments, collect applications, holding deposits, and prepare leases.
  • Prepare move-in packets upon application approval and review community policies with residents.
  • Maintain consistent efforts to increase resident retention through events and assistance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and one to two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, and customer service, as well as proficiency in software such as Bluemoon, Yieldstart, and Onsite or Yardi.
  • Cover leasing office on weekend shifts as needed.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $48,000 - $60,000, depending on location and experience.
