HRBP/Payroll Manager

Join Escalon Services, Inc. as a HRBP/Payroll Manager and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of human resources and payroll expertise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR and payroll guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and implementing effective HR and payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR and payroll strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.
- Provide expert HR and payroll guidance to clients, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and employment laws.
- Implement and maintain HR and payroll systems, including HRIS, payroll software, and benefits administration platforms.
- Collaborate with our clients' management teams to develop and implement HR and payroll policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to clients on HR and payroll best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing, client relationship management, and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Proficient in using payroll software, HRIS, and Microsoft Office suite.
- 3+ years of human resources and payroll experience in a client-facing, consulting capacity.
- Strong business acumen and a passion for HR and payroll.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
