About You

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of cultivating strong relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences. As a luxury sales professional, you will leverage your expertise in personalizing experiences and driving business results. Your entrepreneurial spirit and ability to instill trust through genuine interactions will be invaluable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically drive strong results to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ensure the highest level of client service and prioritize the client experience
  • Contribute to the salon's and personal sales goals through collective efforts
  • Develop an effective sales strategy and personal business plan using key metrics
  • Identify and cultivate new and existing clients, creating opportunities for networking
  • Represent Lugano's brand at community events with integrity and ownership
  • Translate community involvement into appointments that fuel sales
  • Utilize provided sales tools and systems to document client and prospect information
  • Stay current and involved in philanthropic organizations within our community
  • Provide superior service to clients with exceptional communication and follow-up
  • Support Salon functional operations, including stock take and opening/closing procedures
Requirements
  • Experience cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with clients
  • Expertise in personalizing and delivering remarkable experiences
  • Proven history of achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Inherent ability to instill trust through genuine interactions and transparent communication
  • Expertise in strategic planning and utilizing analytical skills to optimize sales processes
  • Exceptional communication skills to share the Lugano story
  • Demonstrated success in driving business results
Compensation and Benefits

The targeted base compensation is $80,000, plus commission. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Lugano Diamonds offers a generous compensation package, including commission and bonus plans, multi-option healthcare plans, 401k with match, and paid time off.
