Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encourage and participate in team selling to drive sales growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers from greeting to post-sale contact.
  • Meet and maintain personal sales volume goals while maintaining high-quality sales.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, maintaining store appearance, and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor store security and report any issues to management.
  • Participate in merchandise stock counts and report any discrepancies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

  • Bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Operate a computer and cash register.
  • Work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
