Job Title: Associate Director, Cleanroom Operations

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Cleanroom Operations to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Managers, Managers, Team Leads, and Material Handlers in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our cleanrooms and controlled areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in ensuring compliance with FDA, DEA, DOT, ISBT, CTPAT, OSHA, VAWD, and cGMP regulations.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure effective cleaning and sampling of cleanrooms and controlled areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks in production operations.
  • Develop and maintain training programs to ensure team members are proficient in cleanroom operations and cGMP regulations.
  • Lead troubleshooting activities and provide ownership of deviations occurring in the area.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, information systems, business management, or related fields.
  • 9+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain areas.
  • 8+ years of direct supervisor/personal management experience.
