Senior Quality Engineering Role in Lexington, KY

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our end-to-end manufacturing operations in Lexington, KY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving problem-solving initiatives regarding customer concerns and implementing corrective actions.

About the Position:

This role involves leading review, development, and implementation of process control plans and poka-yoke opportunities. You will also support Short Interval Management by demonstrating leadership, excellent communication skills, and ability to team with others solving issues and implementing improvements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement PFMEA, process control plans, and poka-yoke opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Lead investigations into product concerns and interface with external customers to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience within manufacturing Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Six Sigma knowledge, experience, certification highly desired.
Compensation:
