Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at Lexair, inc.

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on CNC machining.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About the Job

The successful candidate will specialize in CNC programming and process optimization, with a strong understanding of machining principles and tooling design.

Key responsibilities include analyzing existing manufacturing processes, developing and optimizing CNC programs, designing and implementing fixtures and tooling solutions, and ensuring quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on CNC machining
  • Proficiency in CNC programming and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks)
  • Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling design, and machining process optimization
