Position Overview

The Digital Programmatic Strategist will take charge of designing, implementing, and refining programmatic media strategies that align with campaign goals and targeting methodologies. This position will require collaboration with the broader digital team to uncover new opportunities, including partnerships, technological innovations, training initiatives, and process improvements, to enhance the agency's digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client campaigns from inception through optimization and ongoing management
  • Work in conjunction with internal and external teams to create and enhance client strategies
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients in programmatic and digital strategy
  • Continuously explore and assess new capabilities and partnerships to enrich the agency's service portfolio
  • Facilitate internal and external education regarding programmatic capabilities
  • Encourage a collaborative team environment and support colleagues as necessary

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience with Real-Time Bidding technologies such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, Ad Exchanges, and SSPs
  • Demonstrated success in managing comprehensive client campaigns across various channels including CTV/OTT, OLV, Native, DOOH, High Impact, and Display
  • Proven ability to research and develop tailored strategies for optimizing client KPIs and achieving business goals
  • Proactive in monitoring insights and implementing ongoing optimizations during campaigns
  • Skilled in creating and delivering presentations to stakeholders
  • Strong understanding and passion for the digital media and advertising landscape
  • Experience managing strategic campaigns on YouTube is advantageous
  • Familiarity with current and emerging technologies and industry-standard metrics
  • Experience with ad trafficking platforms such as Google Campaign Manager
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities
